Kitchen CountertopsKitchen countertops are one of the most-used surfaces in the home, and at Walls, Floors, & More, we offer a variety of surfaces to withstand anything your daily activities can dish out, in a wide range of styles, materials, and pricing. Come see our selection and let our decorators help you find the type of countertop suitable to your lifestyle and your home. Granite Countertops
Granite is the strongest of the available building stones. It comes in a huge array of colors and patterns and each one is unique. Your granite has taken millions of years to form, deep within the earth's surface, just waiting to give you a lifetime of service in your kitchen. SoapstoneOften referred to as "the original stone countertop," early settlers in New England relied on the durable material for their own countertops. Far from a high-maintenance top, soapstone's inert nature means acids won't etch the material, and stains can be rubbed out. Mineral oil treatment will bring out a darker, richer color. Make a powerful statement by combining with a soapstone sink. Wood CountertopsWood is the original solid surface countertop. Every countertop is unique and a work of art. Craft Art countertops are

LaminateThe most common kitchen countertop, laminate is a synthetic material made up of several layers: multiple sheets of kraft paper (like that used in grocery bags), a decorative paper and a melamine plastic coating. Though economical, laminate doesn't have the lasting power of stone; however, manufacturers like Wilsonart offer upgraded, high-wear surfaces with increased life span. A slightly more expensive alternative with no dark edges is solid-color laminate, which is made of a colored plastic throughout.
